Cancellation Policy

REFUNDS: When booking your workshop, please ensure that you check the dates carefully. Workshops and weekly classes cannot be refunded unless the workshop is cancelled by us, and can only be rescheduled. Please see below for full information on changing your class.

RESCHEDULING: We are aware that life happens and we are happy to reschedule your workshop if informed a minimum of 14 days before the workshop/weekly class start date. This allows us time to fill the space and ensure that the class can run. If you do need to reschedule, please email admin@northwestjewelleryschool.co.uk no later than 14 days before the date of your workshop/weekly class start date and you will be given a rescheduling code that can then be used for 6 months. 

 

If you find you can't attend within 14 days prior to the start date, you may wish to find someone to take your place and in that case we would be more than happy to change the name on the booking. Please just email the team at admin@northwestjewelleryschool.co.uk and tell us who will be taking your place.

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION: It is very rare that we may need to cancel a workshop but in the unlikely event that this happens, one of the team will be in touch 48 hours before the start of the session to inform you of any changes. Please ensure your phone number and email address is correct upon booking so that we are able to get in touch! If cancelled, we will offer you either a rescheduling code to book on a future session that is convenient to you or a full refund.
